Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • All original tags and packaging are intact.

  • The item is in its original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance (unless received damaged or defective).

  • Used, washed, or altered products.

  • Accessories that have been used or damaged after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly share your order number along with clear photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchange Process

If your requested size or product is available, we will arrange an exchange after receiving and inspecting the original item.

Return Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in cases where:

  • The ordered item is unavailable after payment.

  • A damaged or incorrect item cannot be replaced.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
